Phil Baroni, a heavy handed brawler who sports a 10-8 record against very impressive competition, has followed up some dark days with a multi-fight deal with Pro-Elite, who broke the story earlier today.

Baroni ran into some issues after his exciting fight with “The Legend” Frank Shamrock as the CSAC, California State Athletic Commission, convicted him of testing positive for Stanozolol Metabolite and Boldenone Metabolite and levied a six month suspension.

Baroni has since served his suspension and is primed to return to competition on March 15th on a card co-promoted by EliteXC and Icon Sport.
