Dana White via Yahoo! Sports announced recently that Urijah Faber will finally meet up with Jens Pulver for the WEC featherweight title. The event will take place sometime this summer in Sacramento, where Faber is from, and will be featured as a live TV special on Versus.

This will be the biggest test to date for Faber (20-1), who's only loss came due to a third round KO at the hands of highly ranked UFC prospect Tyson Griffin. Faber is coming off of a big win against Jeff Curran and is currently riding a 12 fight win streak.

Pulver (21-8-1) is a UFC legend and has defeated the likes of BJ Penn, Caol Uno and Joe Stevenson. He recently dropped down to featherweight from lightweight and looked very impressive in a 35-second submission victory over Cub Swanson in his first outing at his new weight.
