Ultimate Fight Night medical suspensions released by the NSAC
The Nevada State Athletic Commission released its list of medical suspensions today from Wednesday’s Ultimate Fight Night. Many of the fighters on the card will be out of action for at least a month, while Mike Swick has the longest suspension due to an injury he suffered on his right hand during his main event bout against Josh Burkman in his debut fight at Welterweight.

Here’s the list of the medical suspensions from the Nevada State Athletic Commission:

Mike Swick is medically suspended until he has his right hand x-rayed and cleared by a doctor, otherwise he can’t compete until 7/22/08.

Michihiro Omigawa is medically suspended until 2/23/08 and cannot have contact until 2/14/08.

Kurt Pillegrino is medically suspended until 3/9/08 and cannot have contact until 2/23/08 because of the laceration through his bottom lip.

Alberto Crane is medically suspended until 2/23/08 and cannot have contact until 2/14/08 because of lacerations on his left cheek on lip.

Dennis Silver is medically suspended until 2/23/08 and cannot have contact until 2/14/08 with lacerations under both eyes.

Cole Miller is medically suspended until 3/9/08 with no contact until 2/23/08 with a laceration under his left eyebrow.

Joe Veres is medically suspended until 2/23/08 with no contact until 2/14/08.

Justin Buccholz is medically suspended until 3/9/08 and cannot have contact until 2/23/08 with a laceration on his left cheek.
